Gochujang-Samgyeopsal
Korean cuisine which is grilled-pork belly aged for a few hours after seasoning with chili pepper sauce called 'Gochujang'.
Seasoning thickly-sliced pork belly with sauce added gochujang, gochu-powder, sugar and garlic, then grilling it.
It is easy to be burned during being grilled, so it should be grilled with frequent flipping.
