  • Confers with individuals and businesses to ascertain necessary action.
  • Analyzes housing data to determine availability, values, trends, and existing rental and zoning patterns.
  • Coordinates plans to effect relocation of homes, businesses, or other property affected by improvement.
  • Prepares program budget.
  • May arrange moving of houses, fences, and other improvements.
  • May arrange drilling of wells and construction of foundations for affected residents.
