C6H3(OH)3 Lustrous, light-sensitive white crystals, melting at 133_C; soluble in alcohol, ether, and water; used for photography, dyes, drugs, medicines, and process engravings, and as an analytical reagent and protective colloid. Also known as pyrogallol.
