A professional who supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in monitoring protective-signaling system controls and investigating alarm signals transmitted from subscriber premises. Respnsibilities include:

  • Confers with workers to help resolve difficulties encountered during monitoring of system controls and investigation of alarms.
  • Monitors system equipment displays, scans system operations reports, and talks to subscribers to ensure that systems operate according to company and subscriber specifications.
  • Schedules repair of defective installations and equipment.
  • Performs other duties as described under supervisor master title.
