  • Plans and initiates order-writing procedures, using knowledge of company products, pricing methods, and discount classifications.
  • Directs establishment and maintenance of customer order records, such as discount classifications, cost basis, special routing, and transportation information.
  • Supervises workers writing master orders used by production, shipping, invoicing, advertising, cost, and estimating departments.
