A special Egyptian dinner dish comprising rice, meat, a mixture of shredded green herbs (parsley, coriander, dill), tomatoes, salt, mixed spices, all stuffed into a thin cleaned sausage-like skin and fried in oil or butter then stewed in water until well cooked.
