A professional who supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in launching, retrieving, and servicing boats, and selling sport fishing equipment and supplies. Respnsibilities include:

• Assists workers in launching and retrieving trailer-mounted boats, using dock crane and electric winch.
• Services boats with fuel and assists in casting off and tying up boats.
• Loads or unloads fishing and propulsion equipment from boats.
• Demonstrates sport fishing merchandise, such as fishing rods and reels, electronic communication and navigational equipment, and protective clothing to customers.
• Orders fuel for boats, and fishing equipment and supplies, such as rods and reels, bait, and ice.
• Inventories stock.
• Trains new workers in job duties.
