A professional who supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in drying, bagging, and loading spent brew mash grains and surplus fermenting yeast. Respnsibilities include:

  • Coordinates drying, bagging, and car-loading operations and requisitions materials to meet daily production schedules.
  • Measures moisture content of grain and yeast, using hygrometer.
  • Moves controls of drying machine to regulate moisture content of grains and yeast.
  • Marks or specifies railroad cars to be loaded with bagged or bulk grain.
  • Performs other duties as described under supervisor master title.
