Queen Mamohato Bereng Seeiso
Mamohato Bereng Seeiso served as Regent Head of State of Lesotho, a landlocked country in South Africa, in many cases in late twentieth century. Some achievments of her include the establishment of Queen’s National Trust Fund for poor children and a daycare center in Matsieng. She was an avid farmer, and was therefore active in building community amongst Basotho (a major ethnic group of Lesotho) of farmers.
